Submissions for Regional Photographer Exhibit Now Open

HARRISBURG, Ill. (Nov. 20, 2020) – The Ella Elizabeth Hise Museum of Regional Art at Southeastern Illinois College is busy preparing for their next show, the Regional Photographer Exhibit.

This show will run Feb. 2- May 14, 2021, in both the main and west galleries of the museum. The museum Operations and Collections Committee are currently calling for artist submissions for this exhibit.

The deadline for entries is Dec. 21, 2020, with selections being made by Jan. 5, 2021. Considerations will be open to all subject matters including, but not limited to architectural, nature, portraits, digitally altered, wildlife and more. With COVID 19 and social distancing restrictions, artists are encouraged to submit up to three entries at www.sic.edu/hisemuseum.

A printable form may also be found on the website, or you can call 618-252-5400 ext. 2577 or 2599 to be sent a physical copy of the form. Physical copies of the form must have an example of the works to be considered, and mailed or delivered to Ella Elizabeth Hise Museum of Regional Art, Southeastern Illinois College, 3575 College Rd, Harrisburg, IL, 62946.
